Local Author Showcase — Nevada County
They Aren’t Even Trying Anymore: The A’s, B’s and DD’s of Getting Older.
During this year’s Local Author Showcase, the Madelyn Helling Library was converted into a bazaar, allowing up to 48 local authors to showcase and sell their work. The showcase included readings and speakers scheduled throughout the day, with opportunity for Q&A from the community.
A great afternoon in the stacks — thank you to everyone who stopped by, bought a book, and told me their own story back.
